As a Visual Merchandiser Operations, you will:

• Manage the workflow of incoming requests for the Visual Merchandiser team
• Coordinate with external parties, stakeholders, and vendors
• Conduct site surveys and mock-ups as well as supervise vendors during event loading-in
• Assist other administrative tasks withing the Visual Merchandiser team

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Visual Merchandising, Retail, Events, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) or Google Workspace.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with Visual Merchandising-related working drawings and basic understanding of site execution.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
