As a Visual Merchandiser Operations, you will:

Manage the workflow of incoming requests for the Visual Merchandiser team
Coordinate with external parties, stakeholders, and vendors
Conduct site surveys and mock-ups as well as supervise vendors during event loading-in
Assist other administrative tasks withing the Visual Merchandiser team

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Visual Merchandising, Retail, Events, or related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) or Google Workspace.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with Visual Merchandising-related working drawings and basic understanding of site execution.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
