What You'll Do
- Design visual assets for social media, digital ads, and e-commerce platforms primarily for Instagram, Shopee, and Tokopedia.
- Translate creative briefs into effective, scroll-stopping visuals that spark interest and drive conversions.
- Stay on top of design trends and apply them to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate closely with the online marketing team to create content that's not only aesthetic but results-driven.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently, with minimal micromanage.
What We're Looking For
- Design-Obsessed You live and breathe design, constantly seeking inspiration and leveling up your craft.
- Tool-Proficient Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or equivalent design tools.
- Strong Visual Communicator Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color and how to use them to tell a story visually.
- Detail-Oriented & Self-Managed You own your work from concept to final export, staying organized and proactive throughout.
- Trend-Aware & Performance-Minded You know what's trending and how to design with purpose not just for looks, but for results.
