What You&aposll Do

Youll be the trusted digital advisor to doctors using insights, tools, and tech to help them discover products that improve patient care.

Core Responsibilities

  • Engage doctors digitally via WhatsApp, webinars, video calls, content, and communities
  • Understand HCP behavior, pain points, and workflows to craft high-value conversation
  • Manage a portfolio of doctors, build relationships like a Sales Development Representative, not a script reader
  • Use tools like CRM, WhatsApp Business, dashboards, and AI prompts to engage, follow-up, and convert
  • Co-create content, events, and nudges with our medical and content teams
  • Run digital activations and micro-campaigns, tailored for each doctor segment
  • Use data and feedback to refine outreach, test new formats, and continuously improve

Who You Are

  • Youve sold to doctors, founders, business owners, or decision-makers online.
  • You know how to make people care with the right hook, not the hard sell.

Must-Haves

  • 15 years experience in digital or inside sales (B2B SaaS, EdTech, Fintech, etc.)
  • Proven ability to sell complex solutions online to educated, discerning buyers
  • Strong written + spoken communication, you know how to hook, not hustle
  • High digital literacy, you can navigate CRMs, dashboards, Zoom, WhatsApp, AI tools
  • Empathy + curiosity, you listen, learn, and influence without being pushy
  • Independent, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity and targets
