Job Description

About the Role:

The VIP Management Lead is responsible for leading the VIP team in managing, retaining, and growing high-value clients, including VIP and institutional segments. This role focuses on driving trading volume, enhancing client experience, and building scalable VIP programs through strong relationship management, data-driven strategies, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and develop the VIP Management team to achieve business targets and service excellence.
  • Define and execute VIP strategy, including client acquisition, client engagement models, and client retention.
  • Oversee the management of VIP and institutional client portfolios to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key VIP clients and act as escalation points for critical issues.
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns, incentives, and loyalty programs to increase engagement.
  • Drive trading volume, revenue, and client activity across VIP and institutional segments.
  • Monitor client performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Utilize data and analytics to segment clients and design personalized engagement strategies.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to support VIP initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or similar role. (Private/Priority Banking experience preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in VIP management, key account management, or institutional client handling.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing high-value client portfolios.
  • Background in crypto, fintech, trading platforms, or financial services is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and client-facing abilities.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Commercial mindset with focus on revenue and growth.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and critical clients.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
