Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Uluwatu Bali, Indonesia. The Villa Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Key responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with vendors, handling guest inquiries, managing bookings, overseeing property maintenance, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and local regulations.
Qualifications
1. Indonesian citizen (WNI) - required
2. Only candidates currently residing in Bali will be considered.
3. Experience in hospitality management and customer service, with a focus on luxury accommodations
4. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
5. Ability to address guest concerns efficiently and professionally
6. Proficiency in reservation management systems, scheduling, and additional operational tools
7. Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
8. Knowledge of local customs, culture, and tourism industry in Bali is highly desirable
9. Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and work schedules
10. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
