Position Overview:
Are you passionate about creating visually captivating stories for social media
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer / Video Editor to join our growing team at Shieldtag!
In this role, you'll be directly involved in both shooting and editing, transforming ideas into engaging, scroll-stopping content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
You will also be responsible for producing personal videography content (e.g., leader/founder-focused content, behind-the-scenes, personal branding videos) with a strong storytelling and motivational direction.

Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality video footage for various content needs (indoor & outdoor).
- Shoot and edit personal branding content, including motivational segments, storytelling-based videos, and day-in-the-life concepts.
- Edit videos using CapCut and Adobe Premiere (bonus: After Effects or similar tools).
- Adapt videos to align with the latest social media trends, storytelling formats, and motivational content styles.
- Collaborate with the creative team and leadership to develop engaging, narrative-driven content ideas.
- Ensure strong storytelling, visual consistency, and high-quality audio-visual output across all content.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in videography or video editing, preferably for social media.
- Experience in shooting personal branding / documentary-style content is a plus.
- Proficient in CapCut and Adobe Premiere.
- Up-to-date with social media trends especially story-driven and motivational video formats.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently as well as collaborate with the team and leadership.
- Preferably domiciled near Greenlake City, West Jakarta.
