Video Editor

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on video shooting and editing mainly for TikTok video ads and Instagram video ads.
• Taking a brief to grasp the production team's needs and specifications.
• Reviewing shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes value and contribution to continuity.
• Improving and correcting lighting, coloring, and faulty footage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from production to the post-production process. (Content Specialist, Talent and Creative Team)
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's Degree.
• Proven min 1-3 years of work experience as a Video Editor.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Have an understanding of TikTok, Instagram and its algorithm.
• Having experience in editing footage with beauty products for TikTok or Instagram
• Able to operate camera and editing photo/video software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, Canva)
• Creative mind and storytelling skills.
• Able to join immediately and can follow WFO policy (Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta).
