Wehooman Studio is looking for a Video Editor to join our post-production team in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang.

What You'll Do

• Edit raw footage into polished videos for podcasts, personal brand content, and social media across multiple platforms.
• Work with project briefs and creative direction to understand the vision for each piece of content.
• Adapt editing style and pacing for different formats, long-form YouTube, short-form TikTok/Reels, and LinkedIn clips.
• Maintain consistent quality standards and deliver on time within structured turnaround timelines.
• Stay current on editing trends, techniques, and platform best practices.
• Collaborate with story producers and team leads through tools like Notion and Frame.io.

Who You Are

• You have experience editing video content (1+ years in a professional or freelance setting).
• You're proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• You have working knowledge of motion graphics and sound design.
• You're comfortable working with English-language content, understanding dialogue, context, and cultural nuances in footage.
• You're detail-oriented, organized, and can manage your own time across multiple projects.
• You take feedback well and give it constructively.
• You genuinely enjoy the craft, not just finishing projects, but making them better.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deeper experience with motion graphic animation and sound design.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual composition.
