Responsibilities:
- Hands-on video shooting and editing mainly for TikTok video ads and Instagram video ads.
- Taking a brief to grasp the production team's needs and specifications.
- Reviewing shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes value and contribution to continuity.
- Improving and correcting lighting, coloring, and faulty footage.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from production to the post-production process. (Content Specialist, Talent and Creative Team)
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's Degree.
- Proven min 1-3 years of work experience as a Video Editor.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Have an understanding of TikTok, Instagram and its algorithm.
- Having experience in editing footage with beauty products for TikTok or Instagram
- Able to operate camera and editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, Canva)
- Creative mind and storytelling skills.
- Able to join immediately and can follow WFO policy (Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta).
