Key Reponsibility
- Create compelling video content across various formats (e.g., digital ads, explainer videos, social media content, brand storytelling, etc.).
- Edit video footage with a strong sense of timing, storytelling, transitions, sound design, and visual effects.
- Ensure all video outputs are consistent with KrediOne's brand guidelines, tone of voice, and design standards.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop creative concepts, scripts, and visual strategies for marketing videos.
- Provide creative input and recommendations on improving video storytelling, motion graphics, and overall production quality.
- Handle event documentation for both internal and external events, ensuring timely and professional visual output.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance video quality and production efficiency.
- Manage and organize media assets, backups, and production files for future use.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in videography, motion graphics, and video editing, preferably in a fast-paced creative or marketing environment.
- Proficient in industry-standard software: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of field production techniques, lighting setups, and shooting standards for both studio and outdoor environments.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with a strong sense of pacing, framing, transitions, and motion flow.
- Creative eye for detail, including strong instincts in selecting appropriate visuals, sound effects, background music, and color grading to enhance video narratives.
- Ability to take a concept from storyboard to final edit independently, with a strong grasp of brand consistency and messaging.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple video projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed to meet production timelines or campaign launches.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, product, etc.).
- Basic understanding of social media video formats, aspect ratios, and trends is preferred.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
