Responsibilities
About the role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our Marketing & Creative team. In this role, you will transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for digital marketing campaigns, social media, product promotions, corporate branding, and educational content. This role requires the Agility to switch between different content formats and platforms seamlessly. You will collaborate closely with videographers, designers and marketing teams, relying on Honesty and transparency to deliver compelling visual stories that connect with our audience through deep Empathy.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Edit video content for ESB digital platforms (Paid Ads, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) with Agility to match each platform's unique style.
- Produce promotional videos, advertisements, tutorials, event highlights, and company profile videos.
- Create motion graphics, simple animations, subtitles, and visual effects when required.
- Select appropriate music, sound effects, transitions, and color grading to enhance video quality and evoke Empathy from the viewer.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams openly and honestly to develop engaging visual content.
- Ensure all video projects meet brand guidelines and project deadlines.
- Organize and manage video assets, project files, and media libraries with structural Honesty and care.
- Demonstrate Agility by staying updated with current video editing trends and social media content formats.
- Process and implement revisions on video content based on stakeholder feedback with a constructive, agile mindset.
Requirements
What Capabilities You'll Need (Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Multimedia, Film, Design, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Video Editor (Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or other editing software is a plus.
- Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, typography, color correction, and audio editing to bring out the authentic tone of the narrative.
- Able to create content optimized for various social media platforms, showing visual Empathy for the viewer's experience.
- Strong creativity with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work with Agility under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills grounded in Honesty and mutual support.
- Portfolio showcasing previous video editing projects is required.
