Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Salatiga. The Video Editor will assemble raw footage into polished videos for various platforms, ensuring that narrative flow, pacing, and visual style align with project objectives. Daily responsibilities include editing video clips, synchronizing audio, applying transitions and effects, and collaborating with the production team to maintain brand consistency. The role also involves basic color correction, integrating motion graphics or titles, and exporting files in appropriate formats for distribution. The Video Editor will work closely with creative and marketing stakeholders to meet deadlines and adapt content based on feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling footage from planning to final output.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading and basic color correction to maintain visual consistency and enhance overall quality.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and branding.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) and graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop or similar).
- Good sense of visual composition, timing, and audio-visual synchronization, with attention to detail and quality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to accept feedback and work effectively in a team setting on-site in Salatiga.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Relevant education or professional experience in film, multimedia, design, or a related field is an advantage.
