About Us
We are looking for a full-time Video Editor for our YouTube channels:

We make documentary-style videos that explain complex stories in a clear and engaging way.
Role Overview
You should enjoy editing and crafting strong visual stories. You must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, and comfortable using Adobe After Effects when needed. You should also be open to learning Geolayer3 (an After Effects plugin for map animations).
We typically produce one to two 20-minute videos per week.
Workflow
- You receive the script.
- Asset writers gather source materials (photos, videos, AI assets, etc.) and organize them in Dropbox.
- You begin editing using Premiere Pro and AE when required.
- A Generalist Animator handles all 3D and 2D animations, but you should understand how they fit into the timeline.
- When you finish your edit, you send it to Senior Editors for review.
- Senior Editors make adjustments and prepare it for final approval.
- After approval, the video moves to Colour Grading and Sound Design.
- Final management approval.
- Export and delivery.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe After Effects
- Willingness to learn Geolayer3 map animations
Preferred Skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with organized Dropbox workflows
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI tools for workflow support
Your Setup
- Workstation with 64 GB RAM minimum (more preferred), strong GPU/CPU
- Fast, stable internet (30-50 Mbps upload recommended)
Contract & Hours
- Full-time, remote
- Daily working overlap with Cyprus business hours (Mon–Fri)
- Must follow YTMG's confidentiality, IP, communication, and schedule policies
