Role Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Content Creator to join our team. You will be the mastermind behind the lens and the screen, focusing entirely on shooting, editing, and motion graphics for our social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). Note: This is a 100% behind-the-scenes role; no on-camera presence is required.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor & Motion Designer based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

End-to-End Video Production: Handle the complete video production process, including shooting and editing highly engaging short-form videos for TikTok, IG Reels, and Facebook Reels.

Motion Graphics & Animation: Create dynamic motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects to elevate the quality and engagement of our social media videos.

Collaborate with Design Team: Work closely with our existing graphic and creative design team to bring static assets to life through video and animation.

Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, viral audio, transitions, and visual styles specific to the Indonesian market.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Video Creator, Video Editor, or Motion Grapher, specifically creating content for social media platforms.
• Software Mastery: Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects (Crucial for motion graphics) and Adobe Premiere Pro. Familiarity with CapCut PC/Mobile for quick trend-based edits is a plus.
• Shooting Skills: Solid understanding of camera operation (DSLR/Mirrorless or high-end smartphones), lighting setups, and basic audio recording.
• Visual Storytelling: A strong sense of pacing, timing, and visual aesthetics.
• Language: Fluent in Indonesian (to understand local trends/context); basic/working proficiency in English is preferred.
• Portfolio Requirement: A strong showreel or portfolio link showcasing your video editing, shooting, and specifically your motion graphics skills, is MANDATORY. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
