Job Description

We're looking for an in-house Video Editor with experience working in a creative or digital agency. Someone who doesn't just cut clips, but understands style, pacing, storytelling, and creative intent.

You'll work closely with motion designers, strategists, and creative leads to produce polished, modern video content for brands across web, social, ads, and campaigns.

This is not a freelance, one-off role. We're looking for someone who wants to own quality, improve workflows, and contribute ideas.

What you'll be doing

  • Edit high-quality videos for marketing, brand, product, and social content
  • Collaborate with motion designers and creatives to blend footage, animation, and graphics
  • Make confident decisions around pacing, transitions, rhythm, and structure
  • Suggest creative improvements to scripts, edits, and visual flow
  • Prepare videos for multiple formats and platforms (web, social, ads)
  • Maintain consistency in visual style, tone, and quality across projects
  • Manage timelines efficiently and deliver clean, production-ready outputs
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English with the team

What we're looking for

  • Available for office-based work in Bali.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (this is a must)
  • Experience as a Video Editor in a creative or digital agency
  • Proactive mindset. You spot issues and propose better solutions
  • Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and modern editing styles
  • Confident using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
  • Comfortable working with motion graphics, typography, and branded assets
  • Confident in your creative decisions and able to explain your thinking
  • Comfortable collaborating with designers, motion artists, and strategists

Nice to have (but not required)

  • Experience editing for B2B, SaaS, or tech brands
  • Familiarity with motion templates, Lottie exports, or UI-style videos
  • Basic sound design and music selection skills
