About the Role:
As our Video Editor & Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-converting video and image ads tailored for paid media campaigns. You'll collaborate with our marketing team to produce scroll-stopping content that drives results.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in video editing & graphic design for paid ads
- Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Kapwing, Capcut, or similar)
- Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
- Experience creating ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Ability to edit videos for engagement (dynamic cuts, captions, animations, etc.)
- Understanding of ad performance principles (what works in short-form ads)
- Availability to work full-time (9 AM - 5 PM EST)
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a results-driven mindset
Bonus Points (Not Required, but Nice to Have):
- Knowledge of copywriting & marketing psychology

We are hiring a Video Editor & Creative Designer who can turn raw ideas into attention-grabbing short-form ads and image assets for paid social campaigns.
You will collaborate with our marketing team to create and iterate performance creatives, including AI-assisted UGC styles, dynamic edits, hooks, motion graphics, and more.
This role is for someone driven to grow, experiment, and build ads that convert, not just look good.
Core Responsibilities- Edit short-form videos for paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Create static ads and thumbnails (Canva/Photoshop)
- Add captions, motion elements, and attention-grabbing hooks
- Repurpose UGC into multiple styles and formats
- Write precise prompts for AI-generated images and videos (Veo, Pika, Runway, Midjourney, etc.)
- Produce multiple iterations and test variations
- Stay current with performance creative trends and viral content patterns
- Upload everything Into our drive and follow instructions for proper creative tracking
Required Skills & Experience- 1+ year experience editing paid ads or performance content
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere/DaVinci/CapCut or similar
- Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop/Canva/Illustrator)
- Experience creating short-form ads designed for retention and conversions
- Understanding of attention-editing tactics (fast cuts, subtitles, pacing, pattern interrupts, etc.)
- Ability to follow creative briefs and meet deadlines
- Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual clarity
- Demonstrated experience writing prompts for AI creative generation, or strong willingness to learn quickly
Bonus Skills (not required but preferred)- Experience generating AI video content (VEO3, Pika, Runway, HeyGen, etc.)
- Basic copywriting/marketing psychology understanding
- Familiarity with creative testing/ad performance metrics
