Role Summary
Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales performance across offline and online channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for MT, GT, and EC channels
- Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities
- Plan and implement promotional activities and sales programs
- Create marketing materials, including designs and graphics
- Manage POSM (Point of Sales Materials), including planning, production, and distribution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field -2–3 years of experience in trade marketing (online and offline)
- Experience handling marketing campaigns across MT, GT, or E-commerce channels is a plus
- Experience in managing POSM is an advantage
- Basic ability to create marketing materials (e.g., Canva, Adobe is a plus)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
