Job Overview
ValueFirst Indonesia is seeking a Vice President Digital with full revenue ownership to drive growth across its Conversational AI and B2B2C digital engagement platform spanning loyalty, rewards, and conversational customer experiences.
The role focuses on building and monetizing strategic relationships with brands and digital agencies, managing the full revenue lifecycle from pipeline creation to deal closure and account growth. This senior leadership position plays a key role in positioning the platform as a strategic growth lever for CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Digital, and Product, while consistently delivering predictable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver annual and quarterly revenue targets with full accountability.
- Define and execute the sales and partnership strategy for digital engagement, loyalty, and rewards solutions.
- Acquire new enterprise and mid market brand clients across priority industries.
- Build and manage senior relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Digital Leaders, and Product teams.
- Develop, scale, and monetize partnerships with digital and media agencies.
- Lead end to end sales cycles from discovery and solutioning to negotiation and closure.
- Translate brand growth objectives into measurable digital engagement, loyalty, and customer experience outcomes.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high performance sales team aligned to revenue goals.
- Own pipeline management, forecasting, and deal governance.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to drive retention and expansion.
- Represent the company at industry events, agency forums, and partner ecosystems.
Experience and Requirements
- 10 plus years of experience in B2B SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, loyalty, or digital engagement platforms.
- Proven track record of enterprise sales with direct revenue ownership.
- Strong experience selling to CMOs and senior marketing, digital, and product stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of digital engagement, loyalty programs, rewards ecosystems, and customer journeys.
- Demonstrated success working with digital agencies and ecosystem partners.
- Established relationships with leading digital and media agencies such as GroupM, OMD, Mindshare, Ogilvy, or similar networks.
- Experience building and leading senior sales teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
- Data driven and target focused mindset with strong ownership orientation.
