Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Partnership Team focused on new client acquisition and dormant client recovery
  • Set and monitor team KPIs (monthly sales target, market expansion, client acquisition & reactivation)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, plans, and pipeline management
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach
  • Design and implement strategies to re-engage inactive or dormant clients
  • Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve performance targets
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reporting to management
  • Drive continuous improvement through problem-solving and process optimization
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support client needs and ensure successful onboarding
  • Lead key business development projects from planning to execution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Preferably with experience in SaaS, telecommunication, enterprise tech platforms, digital services companies
  • Hands-on experience in managing sales teams, B2B enterprise clients, and long-cycle deal conversions
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and market intelligence platforms.
