Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets for the Matrix motorcycle battery product line
Lead cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, production, and R&D to align efforts and maximize performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, suppliers, and customers
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the division
Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Coach, mentor, and develop the leadership team to build a high-performance culture

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in general management or senior leadership roles within the automotive or battery industry
Proven track record in managing product lines and driving business growth
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of the motorcycle battery market and related technologies
Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams across functions
Willingness to travel as required to support business objectives
