Oryx Services is currently seeking a Vendor Qualification Specialist for our client in the Oil & Gas industry. This role requires experience in vendor qualification processes, compliance with industry standards, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Requirement :
- Diploma (D3) in any discipline with minimum 10 years working experience in relevant area of expertise; or Bachelor Degree in any discipline with minimum 1 year working experience in relevant area of expertise

Jobs Description :
Purpose:
- To Handle all the Tender Prequalification Process
- To support SCM & Procurement Department in providing report to Head Quarter, SKK MIGAS and Management
- To manage Vendor Data Management
- To verify CIVD vendor database
- To prepare, update and report procurement list and procurement plan
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- To conduct vendor qualification process
- Verifying vendor registration in CIVD Database
- To gather and maintain data for the purpose of reporting activities
- To prepare monthly, quarterly and required reports to HQ, SKK MIGAS, management or other stakeholder
- To collect, compile and maintain data from stakeholders for the purpose of vendor performance appraisal preparation in regular basis
- To finalize and summarize vendor performance appraisal/feedback
- To check and verify vendor data prior to data inputting to the database
- To maintain and update the vendor database
- To conduct due diligent on vendors
- Special assignment that relates to procurement activities
- Auditing Process
