Job Description

Job Descriptions:

1. Business & Strategy Ownership

  • Define and execute the overall VAS business strategy aligned with the company's vision and growth targets.
  • Manage and expand the VAS product portfolio, including telco-related services, digital content, PPOB, enterprise VAS, and other digital solutions.
  • Own full P&L responsibility for the VAS business, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability.

2. Sales & Revenue (VAS)

  • Lead the VAS sales strategy and go-to-market execution.
  • Manage and grow key accounts and strategic clients/partners.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contract terms, and revenue-sharing models.
  • Set sales targets, manage pipelines, and ensure revenue achievement.
  • Work closely with or build a VAS Sales / Business Development team as the business scales.

3. Partnership & Ecosystem Development

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with telco operators, aggregators, content providers, enterprise clients, and ecosystem partners.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand the VAS business.

4. Cross-Functional & Operational Alignment

  • Collaborate closely with Technology, Product, Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Work in alignment with the COO to ensure operational readiness and execution excellence for VAS offerings.

5. Leadership & Reporting

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the VAS team.
  • Provide regular business performance reports and strategic insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in VAS, Telco, Digital Services, Fintech, or platform-based businesses
  • Strong hands-on experience in VAS sales and business development, including managing key accounts, leading commercial negotiations, and driving revenue growth.
  • Proven track record in P&L ownership, sales pipeline management, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Solid understanding of VAS business models, monetization, pricing, and revenue-sharing
  • structures.
  • Strong commercial, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to
  • work effectively in a fast-paced and growing environment.
  • Data-driven, strategic thinker with good analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
