About the role
As a UX Designer at Formulatrix Indonesia, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences that drive customer satisfaction and business success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful solutions that align with the company's strategic goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Central Java.
What you'll be doing
- Help to define the flow and experience of the products at a requirements level every touchpoint software and hardware to make sure the user has a seamless and intuitive experience.
- Collaborate tightly with other designers, product managers, engineers, scientist to shape strategy, high-user impact, balancing user needs and business needs to ensure the solutions are meet the needs, and scalable.
- Develop wireframes and mockups (if required build prototypes) to help communicate the technical constraints, validate interaction models and communicate the product behavior.
- Iterate rapidly by actively gather and accommodate user feedback, and test the design.
- Facilitate a design review and actively provide feedback to engage directly with the audiences to continuously receive feedback and refine the work.
- Maintain and document a unified end-to-end design driving consistency and efficiency.
- Help to build and maintain design system that foster consistency and efficiency while having the creativity to thrive.
- Willing to travel for work.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's (S1/D4) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, product design or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 1+ years in the area of User Experience/Product Design/XD or equivalent experience
- Not hesitant to interact with hardware.
- Highly motivated, strong team player.
- Experience working closely with Product teams (cross-functional divisions) to define roadmaps and milestones
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments, and can prioritize effectively when contributing across multiple domains.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional environments
- Ability to translate business goals and audience needs with consideration of technical constraints into impactful designs from concept to final execution
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, or other design tools
- Live with a Growth mindset - Stay ahead of how the field of product design is evolving, bringing fresh ideas and effective approaches to every project.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Salatiga or Semarang.
