Currently, We're looking for a USKOL admin / Creator acquisition, specifically within the hotel, travel, and attraction niche. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, communicative, and familiar with working across international teams and time zones.
What You'll Do:
- Support KOL / Creator acquisition for the US market (hotels, attractions, and local experiences)
- Assist the team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding creators relevant to TikTok Go campaigns
- Manage and maintain creator databases, contact lists, and acquisition trackers
- Coordinate outreach, follow-ups, and basic communication with US-based creators
- Support administrative processes related to creator documentation, agreements, and onboarding requirements
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and operational support for creator campaigns
- Work closely with Local Services, Creator Management, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and internal documentation
- Support day-to-day admin tasks related to TikTok Go local services projects
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 13 years of experience in admin, operations, creator management, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating in English (written & spoken)
- Familiarity with TikTok, creator economy, or influencer marketing is a strong plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (Sheets, Docs, Excel, etc.)
- Comfortable working with international teams and US-based creators
- Willingness to work 7:00 AM 3:00 PM (to align with US operations)
