Bullyid App delivers practical online-safety and respectful-workplace programs for schools, companies, and state-owned enterprises. We turn policy into day-to-day practice through clear SOPs, reporting channels, and measurable follow-ups.
What you'll do (Responsibilities)
- Design and deliver workplace training on Kepmenaker No. 88/2023 (Guidelines for Preventing & Handling Sexual Violence in the Workplace) and Respectful Workplace Policy (RWP).
- Facilitate 1.53 hour sessions (in English; Bahasa Indonesia as needed) for supervisors, HR, and staff.
- Localize materials for BUMN/regulated environments; align with client policies and grievance procedures.
- Create participant materials (slides, cases, checklists), pre/post assessments, attendance, and a brief training report with recommendations.
- Advise HR/Legal on SOPs: reporting, triage, documentation, referral, and follow-up.
What you bring (Qualifications)
- 810 years experience in HR, employee relations, corporate legal/compliance, or workplace investigations.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations, especially Kemnaker No. 88/2023; familiarity with related frameworks (e.g., sexual-violence law and electronic-based abuse provisions) is a plus.
- Proven trainer/facilitator with adult-learning design skills and confident delivery in English (required) and Bahasa Indonesia (preferred).
- Experience crafting RWP, code of conduct, SOPs, and case documentation.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable presenting both on-site and via Zoom/Meet.
Nice to have
- SHRM-CP/SCP or HRCI (PHRi/SPHRi), or Indonesian legal licensure/experience.
- Background in sensitive-case handling (harassment, bullying) and whistleblowing systems.
- Experience training in BUMN or highly regulated sectors.
