Unsecured Collection Personal Loan Head

Responsible for quality of unsecured product portfolio (personal loan) in through setting plan, organize, manage, monitor and evaluate the implementation of the collection strategies in an effort to maintain credit quality, revenue and assets of the company through targeted financial and non-financial predetermined by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10 years experiences in Retail/ Consumer Banking & Collection
• Certtification Risk Management Level II
• Good communication, Build Relationship, Analitical thinking
