Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Unit Head Medical Rehabilitation role based in Bandung. The Unit Head will lead, manage, and oversee the medical rehabilitation department, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective team operations. Primary responsibilities include planning and executing rehabilitation programs, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimizing patient recovery processes. Additional duties involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining quality standards, training staff, and implementing best practices in rehabilitation services.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise and guide medical rehabilitation staff effectively.
  • Understanding of medical rehabilitation practices, patient recovery strategies, and clinical care.
  • Competence in planning and executing therapeutic programs and knowledge of rehabilitation protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging with patients and families.
  • Proven ability to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and uphold quality standards in medical services.
  • A medical degree in rehabilitation or a relevant related field, with appropriate certifications or licenses as mandated by local regulations.
  • Experience in a similar leadership role within the healthcare sector is highly preferred.
