Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for an Ultrasound Application Specialist. The role involves providing product presentation, application support and delivering technical assistance across healthcare facilities. Key responsibilities include conducting training sessions for healthcare professionals, addressing technical inquiries, and ensuring optimal use of ultrasound equipment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve product efficiency and customer satisfaction is also integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Application Support and Technical Support for ultrasound systems
• Strong Troubleshooting and Analytical skills to resolve technical issues efficiently
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with medical professionals and cross-functional teams effectively
• Background in medical imaging or a related healthcare technology field is a strong advantage
• Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site and provide hands-on support
• Experience as Ultrasound application specialist is a must, especially in the field of radiology, obgyn and general imaging.
