Job Description

Responsibilities

Design visually compelling and functional interfaces for digital products, focusing on layout, typography, color schemes, icons, and other graphic elements, while ensuring usability and visual consistency across platforms.
Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes that clearly convey design intent to stakeholders and developers.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate product requirements into intuitive user interfaces and ensure technical feasibility.
Conduct user research and usability studies by using analytics and user feedback to understand behaviors, pain points, and preferences.
Iterate on design based on user insights, usability testing, and stakeholder input to ensure the interface is effective and user-friendly.
Participate in product grooming sessions to provide design input during feature exploration definition, and prioritization.
Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate translation of designs into working products.
Document detailed UI specifications and interaction behavior, supporting engineers during implementation and QA teams during validation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in design tools for UI design, prototyping, and collaboration (e.g., Figma).
Strong knowledge of design systems, typography, color theory, layout, and iconography.
Experience creating wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and user flows.
Familiarity with usability testing and design validation processes.
Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
Familiarity with graphic design tools.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and user empathy.
Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
Adaptability in a fast-paced R&D environment with changing priorities.
Self-driven and proactive in exploring design improvements.
