About The Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer Specialist to join our team onsite in Purbalingga. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly, visually appealing, and interactive interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with developers and product managers to deliver seamless, intuitive, and engaging user experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on user feedback and business requirements.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility of design concepts and assist in the implementation of designs
- Optimize design processes and ensure consistency across all design deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices.
- Communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders and team members, incorporating feedback into iterations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience in user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
