About the Role

We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to join our CX team, working across a range of product areas within the company. Our products span supply chain and operational systems, marketplace and consumer-facing experiences, as well as CRM, partner, and internal platforms.

This is a hands-on, production-focused role in a fast-moving, business-driven environment. We are looking for a designer who can take complex requirements, workflows, or user journeys and translate them into clean, intuitive, and production-ready interfaces while maintaining high visual quality.

Job Description

  • Translate product requirements and briefs into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Create pixel-perfect, production-ready designs in Figma for development handover
  • Simplify complex business logic, workflows, or data-heavy processes into clear and intuitive interfaces
  • Apply strong information architecture principles to structure navigation, layouts, and content
  • Conduct tactical usability checks or competitor analysis to validate solutions without slowing down delivery
  • Use and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency, speed, and scalability
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation and conduct UI QA reviews
  • Iterate quickly on designs based on stakeholder feedback, business needs, or performance metrics
  • Balance user experience with business goals such as conversion, efficiency, and time-to-market

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Product Design or UI/UX, delivering production-ready products
  • Strong portfolio showcasing completed products, complex logic, and practical problem-solving
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
  • High proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, and structured file management
  • Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Solid understanding of interaction design, usability, and user flows
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business requirements
  • Comfortable discussing design decisions in the context of business impact
