About the Role
We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to join our CX team, working across a range of product areas within the company. Our products span supply chain and operational systems, marketplace and consumer-facing experiences, as well as CRM, partner, and internal platforms.
This is a hands-on, production-focused role in a fast-moving, business-driven environment. We are looking for a designer who can take complex requirements, workflows, or user journeys and translate them into clean, intuitive, and production-ready interfaces while maintaining high visual quality.
Job Description
- Translate product requirements and briefs into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Create pixel-perfect, production-ready designs in Figma for development handover
- Simplify complex business logic, workflows, or data-heavy processes into clear and intuitive interfaces
- Apply strong information architecture principles to structure navigation, layouts, and content
- Conduct tactical usability checks or competitor analysis to validate solutions without slowing down delivery
- Use and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency, speed, and scalability
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation and conduct UI QA reviews
- Iterate quickly on designs based on stakeholder feedback, business needs, or performance metrics
- Balance user experience with business goals such as conversion, efficiency, and time-to-market
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Product Design or UI/UX, delivering production-ready products
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed products, complex logic, and practical problem-solving
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
- High proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, and structured file management
- Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Solid understanding of interaction design, usability, and user flows
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business requirements
- Comfortable discussing design decisions in the context of business impact
