UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) solutions based on defined problem statements and business needs
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to visualize user flows and product features
• Ensure a balance between functional and visually appealing design while maintaining brand consistency
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation
• Translate user needs into intuitive, user-centered design solutions
• Contribute to design system and component library development
• Improve existing features through redesign and enhancement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field
• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX Design
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong understanding of UX principles (usability, accessibility, information architecture, interaction design)
• Experienced in user research, wireframing, and prototyping
• Good understanding of design systems and component libraries
• Portfolio showcasing design process and implementation is required
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and mobile design guidelines is a plus
• Willing to work from office from Kuningan, South Jakarta (Monday–Friday)
