Job Purpose

UFRESH is Unilever's nationwide 6month sales internship program designed to develop futureready field sales talent across Indonesia. Over six months, UFRESH gives you an opportunity to gain real onground exposure by working closely with business partners, understanding distribution dynamics, and contributing to business growth in diverse market conditions.

Designed for students and fresh graduates, UFRESH offers accelerated learning for those eager to build a strong foundation in sales within Indonesia's dynamic FMCG landscape. Highperforming interns may unlock a fast-track to progress as Sales Trainee, positioning UFRESH as an early steppingstone for emerging sales talent.

This limitedintake opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in fastpaced environments, enjoy engaging with people, and want to create meaningful impact on the ground.

Candidate Criteria

• Final year students or fresh graduates

• Open for all majors

• Indonesian Citizenship

• A minimum of Bachelor's Degree

• A minimum GPA of 3.30 out of 4.00

• Have strong leadership capability, active in organization, and passion to work in FMCG

• Learners with strong adaptability, energy, and passion for sales

• Individuals willing to be placed anywhere across Indonesia

• Available for a full-time and on-site internship in each placement city throughout May - November 2026
