Join us as a IUP Tutor, specializing in Mathematics & English.
We need 8 tutors for each subject, where you will embark on a rewarding journey in nurturing young minds while enjoying a dynamic and flexible working environment.
What you will do:
- Teach students in large-class, intensive face-to-face sessions for 34 days according to the bootcamp schedule.
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the latest IUP guidelines.
- Review and discuss IUP questions (both practice and simulation tests) while providing solving strategies.
- Deliver exam tips and strategies, including time management, understanding question types, and improving speed and accuracy.
- Conduct light assessments (pre-test and post-test) to measure students understanding.
- Provide individual and group feedback on students practice results.
- Coordinate with the academic team to align materials, schedules, and evaluations.
- Participate in wrap-up sessions and student reflections, and assist with event documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably from a top public university).
- Strong mastery of the subject matter and prior experience teaching IUP.
- Good understanding of the latest IUP question formats and types.
- Able to teach in an interactive, communicative, and engaging manner.
- Willing to teach intensively during the bootcamp period (34 days, according to schedule).
- Disciplined, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
- Preferably domiciled in Jabodetabek and Surabaya.
