Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a multinational financing company. Our client is currently seeking a Treasury Specialist to support corporate financing and treasury activities. The position is based in North Jakarta, Indonesia. This role will focus on managing corporate funding activities, coordinating with financial institutions, and ensuring efficient financing structures while maintaining compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end loan processes, including facility setup, drawdown, rollover, and repayment.
- Coordinate loan documentation, including conditions precedent (CP), and ensure compliance with loan agreements.
- Monitor loan utilization, maturity profiles, and covenant compliance.
- Collect and organize data related to market liquidity, macroeconomic indicators, interest rates, and capital markets, and conduct basic analysis to support treasury activities.
- Support cross-border financing activities, including communication and coordination with domestic and international banks and financial institutions.
- Maintain day-to-day relationships with banks and financial institutions to support financing execution and post-financing documentation.
- Analyze funding costs and provide recommendations to improve funding efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, International Trade, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in treasury, financing, banking, or corporate finance, with exposure to loan administration or funding activities.
- Experience from international banks or global financial institutions will be a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of corporate lending processes and financing structures is preferred.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, for professional communication.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
