Job Summary

The Travel Sales & Partnership Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and managing strategic partnerships within the travel and tourism industry. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing key partners, and overseeing relationships with tour guides to ensure service quality and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Build and manage partnerships with travel agencies, tourism boards, institutions, and organizations.

Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and commission structures.

Maintain and oversee relationships with tour guides and guide associations.

Ensure tour guides meet service standards and brand expectations.

Lead, mentor, and evaluate executive-level sales staff.

Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic reviews.

Represent the company at travel fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.

58 years of experience in travel sales, partnerships, or tourism business development.

Proven leadership and key account management experience.

Strong network within travel agencies, tourism boards, and tour guides.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Based in Jakarta and willing to travel as required.
