Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end travel and accommodation arrangements (flight bookings, hotels, local transportation, and travel itineraries).
  • Evaluate and select travel options to ensure cost and time efficiency.
  • Handle travel documents and formalities, including passports, visas, travel insurance, and required permits.
  • Ensure all travel processes comply with company policies and applicable regulations (immigration, customs, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties (travel agents, airlines, hotels, embassies, etc.).
  • Handle travel changes or issues such as rescheduling, cancellations, and emergency support.
  • Manage travel administration, including expense reports, reimbursements, and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain and implement SOPs related to travel and formalities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in travel management, travel coordination, formalities or related administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of visa processes and international travel documentation.
  • Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Experience with booking systems or travel management tools is an advantage.
  • Willing to work outside regular working hours when required
  • Willing to be hired under a third-party arrangement.
