Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end bookings of all itinerary components (hotels, restaurants, transfers, attractions, etc.).
  • Establish and maintain contracts with local vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitor and compare contract rates with online prices to ensure competitiveness.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure best possible deals and maximize profitability.
  • Provide seamless coordination of on-ground services remotely.
  • Take full ownership of client itineraries and ensure smooth execution.
  • Deliver excellent client service by addressing needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Support teammates with operational requirements as needed.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong theoretical knowledge of Indonesian travel destinations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic tools for travel planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • Quick thinking and a strong presence of mind.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
