Responsibilities:
-Â Â Assist customers in travel planning and ticketing matters
-Â Â Provide customer service through digital (Whatsapp, email) & Telephone channel
-  Recommend OTAQU products, fares & services to capture any sales opportunity
-Â Â Respond to general inquiries and feedback from customers & travel agents
Requirements:
-Â Â Bachelor's degree in Tourism or any major
-Â Â Minimum 5 years of working experience in travel industry
-Â Â Familiar with GDS Sabre reservation system
-Â Â Have a good management skills and customer service oriented
-Â Â Have a good relationship with the airline operator
-Â Â Good command of written & spoken Bahasa Indonesia & English is a must
-Â Â Able to work under pressure
-Â Â Able to work independently as well as with a team
-Â Â Ready to join immediately
