Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with registration (PKS, Transporters (TS) profile, lead pipeline, pricing, app installation etc.) and continuously maintain data quality.
  • Actively reach out to Transporters (TS) via calls and messages to follow up on order availability, non-active TS, and ongoing shipments.
  • Monitor and ensure the end-to-end transporter onboarding flow runs smoothly.
  • Implement and support transporter programs.
  • Handle transporter inquiries, provide clarification, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Channel new transporter leads to Managers.
  • Maintain strong communication with transporters to ensure responsiveness, availability, and service reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or other relevant majors from reputable universities (minimum GPA 3.00).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in logistics/trucking/supply chain (minimum 12 years) is a plus.
  • Comfortable and willing to perform high-volume outbound calls and routine follow-ups with transporters.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build rapport with external partners.
  • Detail-oriented and able to monitor multiple transporter flows simultaneously.
  • Responsive, proactive, and solution-oriented in handling operational issues.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain consistent follow-up.
