We are a rapidly growing logistics technology company seeking ambitious transport management talent to join our team. This position offers a direct opportunity to support the company's growth by optimizing transportation operations and delivering real impact for clients across various industries.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Recruit transporters and logistics service providers to join Logisly

- Understand Logisly's transporter products inside and out and onboard transporters onto the platform

- Help troubleshoot shipments by transporters

- Develop relationship with, solicit feedback from and attentively respond to complaints and inputs from transporters

- Recruit, coach and motivate team

What Makes You a Great Fit:

- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university with min. GPA 3.00

- 2 years of experience working in logistics / supply chain

- Large network in the trucking / logistics community

- Strong communication skills and passion to outserve our transporters

- Willingness to travel 4 to 5 days a week to recruit transporters

- Ability to understand technology products quickly
