The Retail Trainer is responsible for delivering training programs to support the development and performance of Marc Jacobs & Boggi Milano teams. This role focuses on strengthening product knowledge, selling skills, service standards, and brand mindset, ensuring consistent customer experience across all Marc Jacobs and Boggi Milano stores.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering store-level training for new hires and existing team members, including product, service, and selling skills
- Supporting store openings, campaigns, and seasonal launches through training execution
- Ensuring training content aligns with brand standards and retail guidelines
- Conducting on-the-job coaching to improve individual and team performance
- Monitoring training effectiveness and providing feedback to Store Leaders and Operations
- Collaborating closely with Operations, Store Leaders, and HR to identify training needs
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Retail Trainer, Store Trainer, or Store Leader, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or sports retail
- Strong understanding of retail operations, customer service, and selling techniques
- Good presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Comfortable delivering training across multiple stores and locations
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage store-level teams
- Passion for sports, retail, and the Adidas brand is a strong advantage
