Training Support Development

Qualifications:

• Understand advanced coffee machine operations
• Understand basic troubleshooting for coffee machines
• Able to explain features, operation procedures, and maintenance to clients
• Strong knowledge of various coffee machines
• Preferably experienced in using more than 3 types of professional coffee machines
• Able to design and develop training plans
• Conduct training needs analysis for employees
• Capable of creating training designs/materials
• Conduct socialization of company policies
• Able to visit Otten Coffee partners when needed
• Willing to travel for business trips
• Able to create a conducive and productive working environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for each department
• Prepare materials for all training programs
• Conduct and/or coordinate Training for Trainer activities
• Coordinate with all divisions regarding technical training needs
• Able to perform calibration and cupping notes
• Conduct training for partners as instructed by the supervisor
• Perform calibration based on requests from the B2B Team
• Prepare training reports and evaluations
