- Develop and deliver training programs for employees based on business and operational needs.
- Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and supporting documents using PowerPoint.
- Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Conduct training sessions and presentations in Mandarin and English/Indonesian as required.
- Analyze training-related data, including training effectiveness, attendance, assessment results, and performance metrics.
- Prepare training reports and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to identify training needs and improve employee capabilities.
- Support the implementation and evaluation of training programs and ensure training standards are properly followed.
- Continuously improve training materials, methods, and processes based on feedback and operational requirements.
- Fluent in Mandarin, with HSK 5 or above.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in training, learning & development, SOP management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in training delivery, SOP development/standardization, or employee development is highly preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret training and performance data.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and capable of developing professional and engaging training materials.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
