Job Description

About the Role

As a Training Performance Specialist, you will play a key role in executing training performance initiatives and supporting internal training operations to ensure standardized business process implementation across assigned areas. You will coordinate operational readiness and establish the foundation for future Training program deployment as the training structure continues to expand.

You will collaborate closely with City Sales Manager and all the sales leader in all areas, cross colaboration with Marketing, Operation, Product and any related teams to ensure training programs remain relevant and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities

● Deliver structured sales training programs covering product knowledge, consultative selling, objection handling, and closing techniques

● Conduct onboarding programs for new hires and upskilling sessions for existing sales teams

● Provide ongoing coaching and field-based training to strengthen sales productivity and improve conversion performance

● Ensure all training activities are delivered on schedule and in full compliance with established standards

● Consistent implementation of standardized operational processes across assigned areas

● Early identification and timely resolution of capability or compliance gaps Clear, accurate, and actionable reporting on training performance and operational readiness

Key Requirements

● 3+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Human Resources Development functions; experience in sales training is a strong advantage

● Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Proven ability to coordinate effectively with trainers, participants, and cross-functional stakeholders

● Demonstrates a growth mindset and a strong passion for Training or Learning & Development Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond quickly to technical or operational issues during and after training sessions

● Ability to deliver structured training programs that support sales team capability development

● Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training priorities simultaneously
