Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and optimization of training programs, curriculum, and learning frameworks aligned with business and operational needs.
  • Manage and support existing trainers to ensure training delivery quality, consistency, and effectiveness.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end training operations, including scheduling, implementation, and post-training evaluation.
  • Analyze training effectiveness using data and performance metrics, and continuously improve training content, methods, and processes.
  • Collaborate closely with management and cross-functional teams to identify training needs and translate them into actionable training plans.
  • Ensure employees performance aligns with training objectives, company SOPs, and operational standards.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives within training operations to enhance efficiency, scalability, and impact.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and corrective training for employees who do not meet SOP or performance standards.
  • Act as a bridge between training, product, and operations teams by applying user insights and product thinking into training design.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia; able to communicate confidently in a professional business environment.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or training operations; managerial experience is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience in project or training operations, including program planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Strong process improvement mindset with the ability to streamline workflows and build structured training systems.
  • Highly data-sensitive, with experience in analyzing training results and applying insights for continuous improvement.
  • Strong user insight and product thinking, able to design training that is practical, applicable, and aligned with business goals.
  • Excellent execution skills; detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to enforce standards consistently.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational-driven environment and handling multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
