Location: Bali, Indonesia

Start Date: 8 October 2026

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Support Trainer to join our team in Bali. This role is ideal for professionals with previous experience in training within a BPO or customer service environment.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver training programs for customer service teams

• Facilitate onboarding and product/process training for new hires

• Develop and deliver engaging training materials and sessions

• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to trainees

• Monitor trainees progress and identify areas for improvement

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a Training/Trainer role, preferably within a BPO or customer service environment

• English proficiency at C1 level, both spoken and written

• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Able to work onsite in Bali and hold Indonesian citizenship

• Available to join by 8 October 2026
