Requirements

S1 Psychology/Communication/Industrial Engineer/Management is a plus. Fresh graduate are welcome.
Have good communication skills
Can do basic excel (including vlookup, pivot, sumifs, countifs, counta, ifs
Has experienced as a teacher/lecture/tutor or speaker in broad audience is a plus
Adapt quickly to high pace environment
Detailed oriented is a must and has strategic training & development mindset is a plus
