Requirements

• S1 Psychology/Communication/Industrial Engineer/Management is a plus. Fresh graduate are welcome.
• Have good communication skills
• Can do basic excel (including vlookup, pivot, sumifs, countifs, counta, ifs
• Has experienced as a teacher/lecture/tutor or speaker in broad audience is a plus
• Adapt quickly to high pace environment
• Detailed oriented is a must and has strategic training & development mindset is a plus
• Number of candidates required: 1 (one) person
